Brihaspati is commonly known as guru of devas. Brihaspati is the most central figure in the domain of Hindu Dharma. He is the master of such wisdom that both Astika school of Hinduism, as well as Nastika school of Hinduism, is, directly and indirectly, inspired from his works and philosophy. His magnus opus, the ‘ihaloka wisdom’ is considered to be the milestone when it comes to Nastika Philosophy.

The Seven days certification course is designed in such a way that it explains many facets of Devguru Brihaspati and his wisdom alongside his philosophy. Various wisdom forms like Tantra, Mantra, Yoga, Karmakanda etc is incorporated under “Brihaspati Kalpa”. The first day of the course i.e 24th December was mainly about the explanation of Yoga. A lesser known fact is that yoga can be performed through both Nastika way and Astika way. It is upto the guru on which path he/she teaches to their disciples. The main reason for teaching yoga at the very first day of the course was that His Holiness Mahasiddha Ishaputra had attained the state of samadhi through Nastika school of Brihaspati.

Therefore, it was a paramount need for the peeth to explain yoga so that the students would have an idea about how things are done in Kaulantak Peeth.

It will cover Brihaspati Yoga Agama along with atheistic and theistic philosophies (astika & nastika darshana) to vedic and tantrik rituals. From pauranic to tankrika kosha, students will learn various rituals and healing techniques given by tradition of Brihaspati which is not just Vedic but also involves avedic and tantrika aspects. Brihaspati Nath truly has been master of great numerous wisdoms justifying his name. One can read more about Brihaspati on http://kaulapedia.com/en/brihaspati/
